This is an incredible store with wonderful employees. Just fun to browse. They also have a great website. Now 3 locations. I used to visit the old location off Milwaukee Ave. Great for teachers but also just fun for unique gifts.

Good quality products for a surprisingly cheap price!They have a great amount of selection of items that can be used for keeping aquariums and terrariums.Stainless steel tongs, pipets, test tubes, measuring cups, microscopes, and clear vinyl tubing in a few sizes they sell per foot for a very low price!!!They also have SeaMonkeys and Triops here!Excellent customer service and staff that are passionate to their field of work.

If you visited their store on Milwaukee Ave before they closed it and moved to Park Ridge you'll realize that it's a much different place. Different in that you will get more child centered products instead of gadgets that adults could use to create. It's a diluted version of what it once was. It reminds me of a Dollar Store; lots of cheap, throw away toys. It is not very interesting either as compared to their old location.
