I went in for an estimate to repair 2 vintage watches. They said they could fix one but couldn’t source a part for the other, which is understandable considering it’s vintage. Gonna try and find a place that can fix both, but I felt the customer service was great, and I’ll definitely keep them in mind.

I brought in a watch that had not worked in 35 years, they replaced the inner mechanisms and band and it looks and works better than new!

I stopped by today to get my watch battery replaced. It took 5 minutes and cost $5. The guy who helped me was super nice. I asked him for their hours as there is none posted on Google or Yelp, and he said that they are usually open by 10AM everyday, and sometimes weekends as well, so you just need to call beforehand if you want to come on the weekend.

I had an old pocket watch that worked, but had a hole in the crystal. I had taken it to a repair shop near my home and charged $90 to replace it. But the replacement crystal impeded the movement of the minute had and was unacceptable. The guy removed it and gave me my money back. This all took several weeks. A friend recommended America's Watches. I took it there. Incredibly they had it ready the next day. And it was done right. They charged me $15. I could not have been happier.
