I visited here for the first time on a certain day in September 2025.
I am very happy there is AMIRi shop in downtown Chicago !
The staff were very kind and helpful.
There were a lot of clothes , shoes , women clothes and kids’s.
This time I was looking for a cloth that I saw it on their website, but there was no stocks.
But I really like AMIRI.

From my first time shopping with the Chicago team to the moment I met Jathia, it’s been nothing but consistent service. I am a very needy client, and Jathia makes sure she handles all of my needs when it comes to styling and product knowledge. My girl is the best! She is so helpful and insightful and even knows what I need before I need it. On top of that, her spirit is so beautiful. I have nothing but good things to say about Jathia and the Chicago team!!

Bought $1000 shirt took it to the dry cleaner once it was so dingy I was never able to wear it again. I wonder why I take my Versace button up there and they come out perfect call the sales rep ask for customer service number. She hung up in my face so did the manager ! No wonder why they won’t give out customer service number or information. They don’t care about the people that spend money there.!

wouldnt accept a return for a unworn shirt bought less then a day ago. sales rep told me abunch of shirts he brought out had same fit. so tried one. then bought two. second shirt clearly didnt fit same. and they refused the return or return. pathetic and no customer service.

Hi ,My experience at the Amiri store in the Gold Cost ,Chicago with Bryce today was absolutely wonderful ,I was Shopping for my daughter 18th Birthday present and Bryce was very attentive to my Daugther needs ,He helped us out with his taste and opinion on the perfect gift for my soon to be 18 year old Daugther ….I ended up purchasing her a nice pair of shoes ,Bryce gave us his full attention and made the shopping experience easy and fun for our first trip to ChicagoThank you BryceGenae from Cali ✨

ILL-TREATMENT ,It was an extremely awkward experience.Me and my brother were stopped at the entrance and were asked to wait saying "wait you cant enter the store till the management allows”. MANNERLESS MANAGEMENT & racial profiling was observed.
