This is the Best place to come to, looking for a dress for your special occasion!!! I was treated like a queen. I came to the store with my daughters. We were greeted by Cathy one of the owners of the store, she went above and beyond making our experience an exceptional one. I was looking for a dress for my Mother of the Groom, and I found my dress within an hour. She was super personal, and was so happy helping me. No pressure, she just wanted me to look Beautiful for my big day. I will most definitely be back and recommend anyone looking for a dress for their special occasion to go here!! You will not regret it!!

I have alway wanted to stop into this dress shop, and soooo beyond happy I did! Cathy was the absolute best and made our experience so special!!! And not only that but helped us pick out the MOB best dress!! Can’t not wait to come back shopping for future occasions!

4) The shop does not allow photos and they take this VERY seriously. We were basically reprimanded and at one point the associate(/owner?) paused mid-sentence while describing the dress to tell my bridesmaid "no we're serious, no photos" because she THOUGHT she was trying to sneak and record. This became such a thing-my group and I felt that policing their policy took greater priority over our experience. There are paper signs everywhere, and of course sometimes moms like to test rules (see my last point), but I'm not sure how anyone is supposed to be able to remember and compare 8-10 dresses without photos. Also the dresses are not their own designs, they're being sourced so I do not understand why that needs to be so heavily enforced in that particular way.
5) Again, everyone is very familiar. While I was getting dressed, the associate was in the dressing room with me. I believe it was because I had my phone and she thought I would take photos, when I wasn't.
6) I truly don't want to sound judgmental but the overall vibe was a bit chaotic. nothing wrong with kids, I like children, but the owner's children were running around, playing loudly, joking about peeing on themselves b/c they sprayed water at each other, answering the business's phone, etc. They came onto the stage while I was modeling a gown and at one point almost opened the fitting room curtain while I was inside. They seemed to be at least 7 or so. It's probably extremely tough to run a business as a mom so kudos for pulling it off but all of that impacted my shopping experience.
** re: my 4th point, when the daughter came on stage my mom did say "well if she's going to come up there then I'm taking photos".
Again- if you are okay with all of these things being a part of your experience then definitely still give them your business. I feel lucky that this wasn't the first shop I ever went to, and that I was able to reclaim the vibes of the day at another shop. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and us helpful.

I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. My child found this shop online as we started our prom dress search and our experience has been wonderful. Cathy and Rosa have cultivated such an old school, community feel and are so attentive, authentic and charismatic; we left the store after each visit feeling more connected and happier than we came in. The gowns are also top notch and the services is without comparison. Shopping here is a whole experience and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a dress for a life event. Skip the big corporate stores and go see our gals!

Great service from beginning to the end. I purchased my 50th birthday look from Annabelle’s. They told me exactly when my dress would be in and it was they were in communication with me. All the ladies were pleasant and accommodating. I love this place for elegant and luxurious dresses You can’t miss!

I went to Annabella’s after searching everywhere in the Chicago land area for a dress for my ‘celebration of marriage’. My finance and I did more of a small, classic wedding , and decided to throw a party with more of our friends at a later time. I had a vision in my head- I wanted something white, sexy, and fun , yet still elegant. I found exactly what I needed at Annabella’s! Cathy is awesome! Great customer service and beautiful gowns.

Cathy & Rosa were amazing in helping me find the perfect wedding dress! They made me feel like family the second I walked into the boutique, and they were always upfront and honest with me, which I appreciated so much. I went to other boutiques and did not feel taken care of whatsoever, but that’s not how I felt at Annabella’s. They walked me through the entire process, and they made me feel at ease. The alterations done were perfect and the dress was absolutely stunning the day of. I cannot thank them enough for all their help!

I bought my wedding dress here , it was absolutely gorgeous and not expensive! I loved the dress the first moment I saw it! Everyone loved it and I got a lot of compliments on my wedding! The service was fantastic as well!

I had the best experience shopping for a dress at Annabella’s boutique. The moment my mom and I walked in we were greeted and helped righted away. With only two weeks away from our friend wedding I was worried I wouldn’t find the perfect dress. The lovely ladies were helpful, patient, and full of great suggestions. I tried on three dresses, and they were all seriously beautiful. I couldn’t decide at first but because they were all just beautiful. If anyone is looking for a dress I highly recommend this boutique.

They have the worst attitude! Not only that, it takes them forever to do alterations like 4-5 months! So take that into consideration!

Today I had the opportunity of stopping by Annabella Boutique, my daughter and I had the best experience selecting a prom dress. We were in the neighborhood, and I looked up stores that we could stop by to find a prom dress. My daughter saw a dress in the window and also a few more. She tried on three dresses, and they were all unique and something that we had not seen at other "prom" stores that we had been at. Our attendant for the day was Maggie, and she was terrific. The owner Kat was equally impressive and helped my daughter figure out her selection. If you are looking for a unique dress and a local business to support proms, weddings, or just a gown, I suggest you check out Annabella Boutique.

Excellent, attentive and expert service. My daughter and I bought her prom dress at Annabella Boutique. Cathy and her crew run a tight ship. Large boutique with good selection of dresses. We went to 3 different stores and this was the best.

I absolutely do not recommend this so called boutique.They are so unprofessional and unethical.They take your money and do not deliver service.Your better of searching for other Boutiques in Chicago or suburbs. Family Owned Boutiques that are professional and ethical is a lost art.I hope you enjoyed my $100.00 deposit. BAD BUSINESS 100%
