Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use these movers. They moved us across the country, assembling furniture was a part of our contract. The trash they refused to take away was left from the items they put together. We have moved multiple times and never dealt with this issue. Not to mention the way our things were packed. They treated the items in our home like trash. Save yourself a headache and the additional work that comes with using this company!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The packers, who we tipped $100 each, were found to have wrapped my glass, one-of-a- kind artwork and antiques in my sweaters; not bubble wrap. As a result things were broken and there were shards of glass in my sweaters so I had to throw them away, too. A basket handle was torn off because they shoved so many books in it. A cart on wheels was wrapped in cellophane so tight that it was crushed and the wheels no longer work. Stuff was labelled according to rooms, but things like pots and pans appeared in a box marked bathroom. When I called the company, they just told me to fill out a claim form. They would not hear me out. Also make note that they sent 5 men who did not speak my first language and so I could barely communicate with them. This move was a disaster with an elevated cost. I encourage you to look elsewhere if you value what you own.

All four movers worked very hard. They were all friendly, polite, and showed concern about our items they moved. Hugo#2 , santy, Juan, Manolo showed respect and professionalism in their work.
