I made orders online because the larger extended sizes is not available in the stores. It's been over a week I contact by calling to find out the status on my delivery. I was told the warehouse was being moved to a new building they do not know when my items are going to be processed and shipped. I asked to be refunded way told no only if items was shipped I can receive a refund. Customer service was not helpful and I was told I could not talk to supervisor about my concerns and my inconvenience. Extended sizes not being sold at none of the stores and customers cannot have their item shipped to the stores for safer pickup.

I returned something I purchased online, and I wanted to exchange the item for a different size. The sales associate said,"Now I gotta try to find someone to buy this item you returned." Just rude.

I went there to exchange my pants from another store. The customer service was excellent. The workers made me feel like I was shopping with my sisters. I ended up buying another outfit. I will return to this store.

The staff is very professional at this location . If they notice you walking around or even when you walk in the door. They take it upon themselves to assist you no matter what they're doing. I've gone to other locations where the staff is hanging clothes on the racks and they make it a point not to make eye contact with you so that you do not ask them anything. But I truly want to say thank you for the Marshfield location!?
