Horrible experience with Associated Bank. Mortgage payment did not update automatically which it was supposed to and it is IMPOSSIBLE to connect to a real person over the phone.

I took my 91 year old father to Associated Bank to wrap up a few year-end financial issues. My dad can be a "handful" (in a good way) and he was at his best during our visit with Ms. Melek Cetin, AVP/Area Branch Manager. We met with Ms. Cetin for almost 2 hours and she could not have been nicer as she tackled the year-end paperwork as well as my father's jokes and unending questions. Thanks (again) for all your help, Melek! Happy New Year!

A perfect example of how not to operate a small branch. Unhelpful tellers and horrendous policies. If im going to get screwed i might as well use a larger bank with better services. Will never use again.

I have been a customer or about 10 years, service has always been spotty, but recently nonexistent. They "seem" to have a money market promotion but nobody knows anything about it, or is toooooooooooooo busy to answer. They can't even tell you their rates of interest on any of their deposit accounts; neither in person or on their website. RUN away from this pop stand; it's not a real bank!

I stopped into this bank branch this morning to ask for change of a large bill. I was asked for my account number, so they could pull up my profile. When I said I didn't have an account, they would not give me the change. Now I remember why I closed my account there. Since when do banks not make change?

Great local bank, they have a wonderful staff and everyone is very courteous. The new Danielle is amazing and always willing to help. Great bank and great people, what else can you ask for. They always know Vazgen and all the customers!
