I'm a little bit late leaving this review but I've never been to this AT&T before and everybody inside was very very nice and gracious and knowledgeable about my situation. I had a Google phone that wouldn't charge and they made me aware of a special that was going on and save me lots of money and I left their feeling pretty good about the experience. So thank you to the crew at this location. Sorry it's late guys.

I came in to the store because I dropped my phone down in a man hold so we all know it was lost. Carlos & Raza were amazing & talked me off the edge..lol there service was great & well organized & knowledgeable of everything to get all my pics, messages & texts. Very HAPPY leaving the store..didn't feel disappointed..

Ive had a nightmare accout switch situation with Red Pocket for over 3 weeks! Raza was able to help me over the course of 2 hours, bless him, in contacting both ATT back end support and Red Pocket support to get my phone number out of the ether and fully connected back to my phone. Lesson learned, ATT is the best in customer service. Im never switching- Raza and the rest of the ATT team have warned my business for life!
