Great fast service. My garage door spring broke late at night. The next morning I gave ATAC a call at 8:00 am and they came out and I had both springs swapped out by 10:00 am. Great prices, great service, fast response. I am recommending ATAC to all my friends.

I found ATAC through a google search looking for emergency garage door repair at my mother's townhouse. Alex responded quickly and was at the house an hour later. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and promptly replaced it. Not only did he fix the issue but he took the time to explain and educate me on all things garage door repair. On top of that, he replaced the light bulb and oiled up the wheels and other components of the door. All of this and for a great price.I could not be happier with the service and recommend Alex for all your garage door needs. He's knowledgeable, does super work, and is an overall great guy.

alex did an amazing job of diagnosing an issue we were having with our sensors and made the necessary repairs in an efficient and timely matter. he ,also, explained how we could deal with similiar problems in the future and greased and lubricated our door and track. All for a very fair price. will definitely recommend ATAC TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY GOING FORWARD.

Alex is the man to call. My springs broke and Alex came the same day!! On a Saturday morning, too. His price was the most reasonable and he made sure everything worked before he left. He even fixed our sensor, fixed the aligners -and a few other things that I wasn’t even aware of. Now my garage opens so smoothly and quietly. He was honest and hardworking. He never pushed for his services and I appreciated his explanations on all of my questions. We will be calling Alex again with any garage issues in the future.

Our garage door opener had a broken part that needed to be replaced— Alex came over and assessed the problem. He gave a clear overview of the situation that included options for either a replacement of the garage door opener or repair. His opinion was to repair the defective part and not install a new opener because the motor l, as well as all other parts, were still in good shape. He left the choice to me —I decided to go with the repair only. He gave me a fair price which included a tune up of the springs etc… He’s a pro and he’s very knowledgeable—I recommend using him if you have garage door opener issues. ?

A damsel in distress, my knight in shining armor, Alex, came and fixed my garage problems. He was so knowledgeable. He shared his expertise with me and painlessly replaced my remote, keypad and operating console box. He greased it all up and now it's as good as new.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He's a rare gem.
