Absolute gem! The staff is incredible and brought my 'vintage' Aurora pen I acquired 20+ years ago when traveling in Italy back to life. They were knowledgeable and patient, and went above and beyond. The definition of an inclusive environment and top-notch shop. Highly recommend.
