Ena, the store manager at this location, was phenomenal! She greeted me with such a sweet and soft smile. She was eager and determined to help solve my problem. I took 5 hours of her time and she was patient and polite the entire time!! I was able to retrieve my old business number and fix my business account that had incorrect information. AMAZING customer service, Ena is the best! Thank you :)

Very strange and off-putting experience, especially given the other reviews. Went in to sign up for a new account with my fiancée. 2 new phone lines. We stood around patiently while the two associates helped other customers. After about 10 minutes I asked to use the restroom. I understand a policy of no public restroom. I don’t think it makes sense to fully prohibit customers from using the restroom when the service often takes upwards of 30 minutes. Anyway, the associate sent me down to target. Between entering the store, waiting, walking down to target (leaving my fiancée to get things started) and walking back we were never addressed. They could have said “hey, we have a couple customers at the moment be with you as soon as possible” or even just “hi”. They looked at us weirdly and didn’t say ANYTHING, as we entered at 6:05. The male associate I spoke with - only regarding the restroom and his lack of professionalism as we left - had a name starting with an R, perhaps Rashan or something similar. I’ve never witnessed such a failure in customer service from an AT&T rep as I did with this person and his cohort. I walked into this store ready to buy two new, expensive phones and sign a contract agreeing to pay monthly for years. I was not greeted, acknowledged, or respected. I’m torn up by this. I’ve used my family’s AT&T plan happily for 15 years, same with my fiancée. I tried to continue my journey in life with AT&T by my side. We now have Tmobile. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
