I had such a great experience. Salma helped me with my phone issue and was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clear and ressolved my issue, i had with my phone. I really appreciate her excellent customer service, thank you for going above and beyond.

Horrible experience. Purchased 3 new lines. We decided to exchange a line, within the exchange process we received the wrong iPhone. Manager refused to exchange it. Called ATT and they stated store would be able to handle the exchange but store manager refused. We moved our 3 new lines to Verizon. We attempted to return their phones but were refused help due to store manager not working. Now we have to wait and accommodate for their managers schedule to process returns. I would highly advise to only deal with ATT Corporate stores as these authorized retailers have policies to cater to their business instead of actually providing adequate service to customers.

Went in to purchase a new phone. Sales Girl was zero help. Every question I had her replies were I don't know! My new phone was just put in a bag without even transfer of old phone. I was told to do it myself at home.

Walked into this store and there were two young ladies sitting there. They didnt greet me or even get up from their chairs. They just told me to go to Canal store. I now realized they could have helped me there. I am so disappointed as a paying customer. I left t Mobile a month ago and I was never treated this way there.

This location isn’t helpful at all. They’re very lazy. They’ll tell you they can’t help you with anything and send you to 95th & western. I went in to transfer service from one phone to the other and the lady there told me they couldn’t do it because I needed a SIM card. However, I went to the 95th western location & they informed me that this isn’t the first time this location send ppl to them. Long story short I never needed a physical SIM card. Only an e SIM card which every AT&T location can do. I do not recommend this location. I wish I got the lady name that told me this.

Beware, this is not a real AT&T store. They’re a third party vendor. The worker seemed irritated that any customer walked in at all today, and he couldn’t help me with anything I have done at AT&T stores for the many years I’ve been a customer.
