It’s gets the second star only because I’ve had worse service at an AT&T store before. I walked in ready to drop dollars, upgrade a couple phones and an iPad. I literally had them both with me. And unfortunately, I interrupted the poor lady’s easy afternoon. It was wrong of me to have questions. I was in the wrong for asking them a second time to receive more than a yes or a no response. And really it’s my bad to expect customer service and product knowledge from a person in a store. I said thank you, and left with no questions answered, and all three of my old devices. I don’t know why this is a storefront. It’s be better as a taco stand.

I recently visited at&t store on Chicago Ave and the young lady Tatyana was such amazing person she help me upgrade my phone and help me transfer my data with no problem. She was busy that day also and handle everything by her self with no problem. Anytime I need to visit at&t, I'm definitely going to the same one and hope I get her again.

My phone was stolen on a night out. Charles made sure I got back to my plans by guiding me through the best options and even providing me options for where I could get a phone I wanted that they didn’t have in stock. Fortunately I ended up getting my phone there (I really liked the color) and Charles helped me set it up and get it loaded with everything I needed for the day as quick as possible. He saved my day and my trip!

My partner raised the price of my monthly payment, I had to pay 60 dollars and a month they charged me 150 dollars and now they charge me 100 dollars a month and they don't want to help me cut the line, it is one of the worst lines, I regret having entered Atyt They steal from you in stores and they treat you very badly.
