MATT was INCREDIBLY RUDE and refused to service me despite my attempt to compose my demeanor over the phone. I came m in to the store personally to resolve the matter and he literally walked away and refused service. I sat down and waited for the other representative Miguel who was the manager and he addressed mu situation and frustration. I hope Matt recognizes his utter failure in Customer Service 101. I genuinely wish him the best, but the fact he denied me service TWICE and his manager stepped in to do the right thing and assist speaks for itself. Doesn’t matter if you’re having a tough day bud, we all have’m. I felt completely disrespected.
