Imagine you pay on time for 6m+ and out of no where your service is cancelled… and they have 0 ideas to why, also imagine your 25$ credit vanishing…
Never had that problem with Comcast… I have one year left after my lease is up. If I see a place has att I will specifically not choose them bc of that very reason…….

The only reason I have not taken my life if because I have a strong will to live and manny depend on me it's incredible how these people underestimate and disregard the struggles one goes though and instead of helping their incompetent customer service personel humiliate you right along liying to you like if you were and idiot that dont know how things are and when you call them out or complain nothing hapeens and or are hang up on... whoever is thinking of switching, make sure you have your affairs in order and definitely not suicidal because things like this would definitely drive a person on the edge to do the unthinkable. If I'd tally up the hours I've spent on the phone trying to get help anyone would think I'm lying but its has literally been more than 500 hours and I have hour long recordings that I've had to record my self to prove the disrespect and unwillingness to help resolve issues and to possibly in the near future gather up some $$ so I can sue them for pain and suffering.

I've had at&t for over 45 years. The internet sucks. I have u verse it goes out 4 to 5 time a day. The phone lines are old which is what u verse uses. You won't replace them, no fiber optic. What are you going to do. We pay for a service that goes out all the time. The gateway is replaced every year. So disappointed.

Following an advise I transferred lines to this service provider for business. The outsourcing customer service its impressively bad. You can tell the investment in it is minimum, they could have way more business just by improving the quality on their customer service. The experience is not efficient or effortless and people are not even knowledgeable. Could easily place a formal complaint on how things are unprofessionally handled but my time is limited and rather cancel everything and leave. Don’t waste your time.

This is company more concerned with profit and upselling than listening and supporting them for services they pay for. It's associates and partners will keep forwarding you on to buy new phones instead of fixing the issues customers experience ( myself, two years of similar issues).
I have serious concerns that my calls are not going out and I'm not receiving calls. I was told I had to drive to a store today and then when I got there the person didn't like when I challenged some of the Diagnostics by adding contacts of people who might call me one or two times.
I called another one that said that you can call 611 or you can come in I'm on medications and have lived on my own for a long time as those have passed on so I do not have the same support services and can't just come in all the time. 611 AI only resets the phone connection, NO way to speak with a rep. Circular process resolution and NO accountability. 137.50 for one line a mo and unlimited data on a Samsung Galaxy S23 locked ....still paying payments on it. Not worth it. Scam. Run

I have ATT phone service and it sucks. I lost my phone and found it. Now they won't take it off block list and I have no phone at 63. I'm suspending service asap

check your recorded conversation! your employee messed up! liars and they admit it and Wana do nothing! liars! i repeated myself so many times and the woman said correct so many times! liars! you messed up! liars! now it's your fault! no upgrade no contract no fees? onetime payment? SHE SAID CORRECT!!!!! liars! now I'm on a 58 min conversation and now on hold again! YOU GUYS MESSED UP! CHECK YOUR RECORDED CONVERSATION!

AT&T is a predator corporation (owned by CNN). It keeps having its agents (who are all from India) call me to harass me about an account I’ve never had with them. I have repudiated its fake claim and have instructed them to stop contacting me in accordance with the FDCPA. They contact me several times a day anyway, in violation of Federal Law. I have been with Verizon since 2013, so the account is clearly as fraudulent as the company itself is. Stop funding this despicable company.

Honest Review……Oh ok I admit AT&T customer service is a pain at times hard to comprehend at times with the customer service BUT the last time I had to contact customer service was a delightful conversation after he explained the situation ( laid back person ) He surprised me that he use to live in the neck of the woods ( told a little story about the area ) this was the most delightful conversation I had with any AT&T customer service for awhile ..He seem like a friend ..I forgot his name but AT&T should hired more ..kinda like him ..( Thumbs up )
