Fast and professional service by Bedri. I walked in thinking I was going to have to spend another $45 for a screen protector (that I just purchased two weeks ago and already destroyed 🤦♀️), but Bedri informed me that it would only cost me a $10 replacement fee. Amazing.

This review is long overdue—this is hands down the best AT&T store I’ve ever been to, and it’s all thanks to Michael. He’s an incredible asset to the store and a fantastic sales representative. He balanced professionalism with a personal touch, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. You could tell he genuinely cared about solving my issue and ensuring I had the best experience.

I was very satisfied with the help they assisted me well Efrain was of great help at the location I went to. They assisted me right away they were busy so I did wait a bit for the next available. When I did get going for the reason I was there it was quick.

I came a day before closing and Anthony was very helpful. He also had wonderful customer service and their team is AMAZING! The team in this store is very respectful and welcoming & they also have a lot of patience! The next day I came Anthony assisted me again and my purchase was successful. I definitely will recommend this store and service!!! They are so nice & sweet here.

Went in looking for a phone upgrade and the representative Nina made the usually annoying process extremely easy and quick. This is my go to AT&T store even though I live in the city because everyone’s always helpful and it’s worth the drive for quick service!
