I can't say enough good things about Mariah, who went above and beyond in helping me adjust my billing and reset up my account in a way that benefitted me. She maneuvers buttons and devices in an effortless, efficient manner, while exuding friendliness, patience, and good nature. She makes a visit to AT&T, which can be time-consuming and grueling, a pleasant experience.

Dealing with AT&T and this store in particular has been an absolute nightmare for the past five months. I traded in my iPhone in September for the new iPhone 16. I was told they didn’t have any in stock…except for a few that were available to customers who added a $50/month promotional line for 6 months. I was told our family plan bill would otherwise not go up. I was due with a baby that week and needed a new phone so I signed up for the plan. The following month I was charged $90 more than usual. I went into the store and spoke with the manager, Mariah, who told me there was a billing mistake. She said we were over charged because of when I bought the phone in the billing cycle and she would fix it. Fast forward another month, she didn’t fix it. I called the store and Mariah wasn’t working and they said there is nothing they could do to help and to try calling the company or chatting through the website. After multiple attempts and hours of back and forth I was told they would credit the account for the overcharge. The following month, I was still not credited and again overcharged. I called the Diversey store to see when Mariah was working and stopped by again on a Tuesday afternoon. She again said she would fix the issue. Just then, a guy who appeared to be on drugs entered the store and got up in my face ranting and raving. The manager (Mariah) went to the back of the store leaving me in the front alone with the mentally unstable person. Just then a couple fortunately entered, and we all stayed near the front door. Mariah finally came back out and I asked her to fix my problem and left. Fast forward to January, problem has not been fixed. Never received the credit; still being overcharged. I tried chat again and they said I need to go to he store. I called the store again and they said Mariah no longer works at this location and they can’t help and I should try chatting with an agent. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Notably, they never solicit feedback or ask for a review to see if they’ve resolved your issue. They don’t care. Next time I need a new phone I will absolutely choose a different company.

To the associate who was working around noon on 1/18
I came in to upgrade my Apple Watch and instead you added a new Apple Watch line and told me I had to call to cancel the old one. It’s really easy as they are located in America?

If you’ve ever called att you know it’s a huge pain. Not only do they not respect your wishes to not be solicited they are incompetent! Im on my third phone call and 2 hours and 45 min to get this done and at the end they told me I have to call back tomorrow.

The way they sell plans is like scammers! They made me switch my plan to a new contract, telling me this is an upgrade and you will pay less(166 plus tax). In less than a month I ve paid to bills so far, first one was more than 400$ which was decreased to 233 after 20 phone calls and in person visits to the store and the second bill of 188$ that now I know would be my monthly bill!! This is a total rip off and these people are scammers!!

The teenager that helped me was rude did not care about my issue he would rather sat down and watch the game that was on a TV. The other male in the store he was working with another person. So I tried to explain what I needed and this child went sat down and watch the TV for 5 seconds and then talk at me. He never said have a sit or come with me he juts went ahead and sat down. I stood by the counter he asked for Id and he took my ID to later tell me was not valid. Why? Because is not he said. A passport for att is not a valid ID just imagine that. Never waste your time in this location. Went to Broadway and they were so busy and some employees will give you evil eye but the man that assisted me at Broadway was a champ he was dealing with 3 people at the time and helped everyone. What a difference makes when you know your field you enjoy or job or you are a professional.

I came in with a question about travel coverage. I wasn’t asking to change anything on my plan. I’m not an authorized user on the account. I just wanted to know if my phone had coverage or what would be the cost per day.
I gave the employee in the store my number and ID. He didn’t even bother to ask me where I was traveling to. No information about my questions was provided.
He just told me the authorize user has to call customer service.
Why is there a store open if they are gonna send all the customer off? No help at all.
The employee seemed to be on a personal call before I walked in as well.
Very unprofessional.

I came in, in need of a new iPhone and IPad, both of which I rely on for work. Alan helped me find the right devices for my needs. He was very informative, professional and a very nice person.
He was a great help and made the whole experience very pleasant and smooth.
