The manager Daniel went above and beyond to help me with a trouble I had on my phone and internet. I've had horrible experiences at other AT&T stores and I'm genuinely surprised by the level of service and kindness I was shown at this store. Thank you AT&T and Daniel.

Daniel was super helpful and fixed my issue quickly and easily! He was very friendly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. His productivity and skills are top-notch. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. The store was also very clean and well-organized, and I had no issues at all. I definitely know where to go now whenever I have a problem or any questions. I highly recommend Daniel!

I made an appointment with somebody earlier in the day by afternoon. There was a different person there although the first person I spoke to said they would be there then I did get denied service although she said I wasn’t being denied service. She said that she was closing at 8 PM and although they had a phone saved for me that there was people ahead of me I called before I got there to ask if I should go or if I should go somewhere else they made me drive 30 minutes to then turn me away. I’ve never been so inconvenienced and now left without a phone. I feel disrespected and I am taking my service off although I’ve been with them for the past six years because I used to work for AT&T myself even if we close at 8 PM I would’ve stayed until 830 for a simple Thing

I love coming to the brickyard for service! I was immediately greeted by this gentleman, Jonathan L, and he was absolutely amazing. He was super helpful with my issue. I’ve come another time for a billing issue and Alex was super helpful and patient. She explained everything throughly with me. Amazing staff overall!

The young lady that took care of me was very rude. She was talking to me like I was very ignorant that I didn’t know what I was doing. I didn’t like her attitude and I don’t think she Has good customer service that’s not the way you speak or talk to a customer the way she did. I feel that she shouldn’t be working there at all because if I was her manager, I would’ve got rid of her customers will always come first. I say that AT&T needs to get better people to deal with customers When I got there, there was about eight people working there they did not approach me at any time I had to go up to Linda in order to be taken care of
I do believe that was her name. I think you should choose better people for your customer service and I think your prices are very high and what you do to people forced them to stay in a contract that they don’t want.

I love going to this AT&T store at the Brickyard Mall in Belmont Cragin neighborhood as I was a good customer. I'm totally satisfied with this location. This one of the employees Jonathan is very nice to help me when I buy $65 refill for my AT&T prepaid phone. That was a great, excellent customer service ever.
