Terrible service and this store 95th Western is a corporate store kiosk works when it wants to. This is shameful. Service is a 25 minute minimum wait. If this was anything but a corporate store. There is a different standard to uphold.

Initially, things were going well—Nigel was very helpful in upgrading my son’s iPhone and coordinating the delivery to his out-of-state location, which we really appreciated.
However, we encountered an issue when trying to get assistance with submitting a claim to replace my wife’s iPhone. Instead of helping us complete the claim in-store, which we preferred and knew was possible, Nigel directed us to call a phone number to handle it ourselves. This was frustrating, as we were hoping for more direct support during our visit.

Crystal was simply amazing! I can in with a dire situation and she worked it out with grace and ease!!! %1000 satisfied and I will follow her where she goes for my ATT phone services. She’s the absolute best after making my day so much better with easy solutions. Too good to be true! Thank you!!!!
