I had the best experience here with Orlando. I dropped my car off at noon on Saturday and had it back by noon on Sunday. When I dropped it off, Orlando took it for a test drive with me so I could point out the noise I was hearing. Then he showed me with a camera device exactly what was wrong and took the time to explain everything and give me a super reasonable quote. He also sent pictures of all the bad parts and good parts and explained why my brakes ran down faster than usual. The new brakes he installed are under warranty and I’m very happy with the work. Orlando is also a great guy with a good sense of humor.

Orlando and his team went above and beyond with a cooling repair! They took video and had the part on standby in order to explain which and how the component failed. If you’re in the area it only makes sense that you go to him for all your preventative care maintenance.

After reading the reviews i was excited to make a call. Sad to say they do not accept warranties from Ox Car Care. I need a new engine for a 2015 Kia Forte. The engine is covered under my warranty. My warranty company had them on the list of shops who accept their warranties. They were wrong but it's okay. Thanks for being polite on the phone! Much appreciated...

Orlando and his team are amazing! He took the time to really explain what needed to be done to my car, even pulled up youtube videos to show me exactly what he would be doing. As a young woman it can be daunting to go to a repair shop because you feel like you'll be taken advantage of, but i couldnt recommend this shop enough. My car is running like new, and Orlando told me to come in a week later just to make sure everything is up to par. Not to mention his prices are super fair! Even if i move from Pilsen, this will be my go-to shop.
