I haven't had the best experiences, the team leader is a bit despotic. His attitude towards me makes me think that he is a little racist and the washing that he has done on the inside of the truck that I am driving has not been the best job.
An occasion. I arrived first and authorized the transfer to another car. That came after me. I asked him why and he told me that he was before me and that was not true, but when I asked him he answered that I am not going to argue with you. He was there before that's all, I told him I wasn't alleging I just wanted to know the reason!! But it was obvious he was Guero and apparently wealthy 😕🫤🤨🫤

Got an interior cleaning and they did an excellent job! My car is 2008 and they removed dirt and stains that have been there for many years. Also, very reasonably priced compared to surrounding detailing shops.

The first time I came to the Auto Spa was couple of months ago. It was my first time trying their car wash service and let me tell you, I was very impressed with the quality of the service.
I came here again 3 days ago and after paying $38.50 for a regular car wash (inside and outside) this is what my car looked like. You can clearly see it wasn’t clean very well. Will not come back again, you lost a customer.

The team here has done a great job on multiples occasions repairing minor scrapes, dents, scuffs and scratches to my vehicle. Looks like new afterwards including a meticulous detailing. Work always done in a timely fashion. Totally trust them with my servicing my cars and charging a fair price

Left this place 10 minutes ago. That’s what they call full in and out car wash. Feels like dash was not wiped at all. $50 for a bad car wash. Better try some other place.

Don't go here. I've been a loyal customer for years, but they recently have decided that they don't need business. I took my car here one week after pricking it up from a Lexus Certified body shop. I asked if they had time to shampoo the back carpets, and they said no. The car hadn't been washed since picking it up from the body shop and the body shop told me to hand wash it. Auto Spa was the first to touch it exactly 7 days later. After washing it, they told me that it was ready and as I was putting my bag in my car, I noticed tiny scratches in the pair from a towel or scrubbing. I called the manager over and he tried to blame me, saying that the scratches were there there before and "in the paint." There were no scratches there before. He accused me of using a "cheap car wash." Nobody has touched this car except them since picking it up from the body shop. They don't need to business anymore, and as he pointed out, they work on Maseratis, Ferraris, etc. you'd think they could get this right. They need to use clean towels and sponges, and not use the same ones on the wheels as they do to dry or wash the car. The grit causes scratches, and they should know that if they weren't too pompous to admit they screwed up.

High quality hand car wash, with extra services available. Basic exterior / interior wash is very good and costs about $38 including tax. Unless your car needs to be perfect, it's all you need. Very happy.

First time here. Based on my experience, definitely recommend. They listen to your requests and make sure it's completed. I'll be back as they did a much better job than the other car washes I've frequented.
