I would prefer to give no stars to this store because of the ridiculously horrible customer service I received today by the female behind the desk the just didn't want to do her job rolled her eyes when asked to attend customers and was ghetto and rude bottom line she shouldn't be working there if she doesn't want to do her job!!!!!!

I called this AutoZone because of a 5-star review from 2 weeks ago, where the customer lived a block away, had a dead battery and Autozone came out to give a quick charge so they could get their battery replaced at the store. The owner even responded to the review with "Looks like we are firing on all cylinders." I happen to live a block away, and have a dead battery. I called to see if i could pay extra money for this service, and they told me they don't do that at all for anyone. So now I am walking back and forth and installing my own battery.
I understand that this is pretty standard, but if you aren't going to ever offer this service again, even at a cost, it'd be helpful not to publicly respond positively to glowing reviews that rave about your customer service. If you have to respond, please write, "actually our store does not offer this service."

Not funny, you did diagnostic scan on car and then totally had no idea..so you sold me a gas cleaner...you knew that was not the problem, even if you didnt know what was wrong. Beware, free scan comes with a purchase of some witch oil.
