Low rating because as a female going into places like this with maybe 50% knowledge of certain things u would think these workers knew about certain things. Something as simple as exchanging a battery that has warranty?. But no it took 3 different ppl and at that said warranty was expired. But went to a different location and they looked up the warranty and exchanged the battery. I don't know if they give their workers proper training or just hire anyone with zero knowledge?. Not trying to be rude or anything just want this location to improve and become better to serve the customers. But I'll give it to the workers very polite.

I ended up spending $142 installing a $18 part, not auto zones fault all, it was all my fault for being ill prepared, but auto zone had all the tools i needed to get thr job done

The manager treats both the employee and the customer very badly, very despotic regarding attention, he should change his aggressive dog face, I do not recommend this store....

Terrible service in this store: I went to buy a part and they gave me the wrong part (inexperienced staff) I went to return the wrong part and the lady who helped me did not want to look for the part I needed, she told me that in a little while and a few minutes later she left the store with her bag.
The manager approached me and I told him that the lady had left me waiting at the checkout and he didn't help me either.
I do not recommend this store, look for another one.

I came in to get my battery tested and ended up needed to replace. Alan went above and beyond for us. One of the battery terminals had corrosion and was extremely difficult to remove. He managed to remove the terminal and get us back on the road. Anyone else would have probably sent us to a mechanic shop. Alan definitely saved us since we came from out of state. Thank you again for your 5 star service. I will definitely be stopping by for anything I may need at this AutoZone during my future Chicago trips.

Very helpful. I was greeted at the door from workers working at/around/behind the counter. I was offered help/assistance with everything that I needed. It was worth it.
