Had an excellent experience returning a battery that wasn’t the right size for my make and model. The Manager Kristin was extremely helpful in making sure my return and exchange was as Convenient as possible and also Fantasia who Completed the Transaction was very helpful as well. I highly Recommend this location just for your their Customer service along! Definitely will be going back to this location.

Just came because I had a bad battery and wanted it checked out. Tony was the one who took care of me and answered all my questions. He was so efficient and replaced my battery because it was under warranty. I would say I usually don’t do review but I wanted to let everyone know that Tony is your guy if you don’t know much about cars and are unsure. Great service and I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you Tony!

I’m not a car guy, but I needed help with new headlights. Last year, paid a local Logan Square shop way too much to help me smh.
Fantasia was helpful and friendly on the phone and gave me confidence to show up in-person.
Jennifer clearly gave me product options and immediately helped me install.

Went to this location after my car needed to be jumped. Q greeted me and swapped out my battery. She changed it for me in approximately ten minutes. Great service.
