Frank is my HERO. So kind, helpful, patient—the list goes on. I’m a long distance daughter so honestly all car things scare me and my dad is thousands of miles away. But today Frank stepped up to the plate and changed my brake light for me. SO GRATEFUL for him and this team that always helps me every time I walk in there confused and lost.

It cannot be stated enough: THEY ARE CHANGING BATTERIES IN -22° WEATHER.
I wish I had more cash to tip them because it's literally well below freezing and, even though I bought the battery from the store, it is a luxury that I didn't have to physically replace it myself.
I didn't get the woman's name, but both women working there were super helpful, knowledgeable, and went into the cold for me.
I don't care how many layers you have, nothing makes -22° feel warm.
Thank you to these employees. Auto Zone would be nothing without the people who work there. They deserve raises. All of them. Winter/cold weather pay!

3 or 4 employees on duty always hiding in the back. Like stocking shelves is much more important than the customer. If you want fast service, don't go here

Our car’s battery was dead. We bought a new one for our Buick Regal and despite the cold and dark the Auto Zone team got the old battery out and new one in.Kudos to Hatie and Vanessa ❗

It's clean, that's what I liked. What I didn't like at all is that their boxes were not ready, I had to wait more than 10 minutes for their system to be fixed, I also asked for a bag to load the items and they simply didn't have them, that is lack of preparation and lack of customer service .

If you want bad customer service. This is the store to go to. When you ask for the manager. Her response is what’s up. They all need customer service training I guess. Manager don’t have it, employees won’t have it. Saaad how they don’t care about customer service.
