Straight ignorant charged me the wrong oil filter and didn’t even give me the one I was supposed to get according to my receipt.
I get it switched and it’s wrong so I loose all my oil and have to buy a whole new gallon.

Poor service workers. We came in there with cash, prepared to make a purchase.
Store manager would not let my husband, who has Crohn's use the bathroom, claiming there is no public bathroom. This, after a different manager let him into the bathroom without a problem.
There are no signs stating that the bathrooms (two all-gender bathrooms) are for employees only.

The manayer is very rude, he doesn't know about customer service
I told him to check me with the scanner and he told me that they didn't do that kind of thing anymore.

Juan was not helpful at all & he is the manager! He seemed to not like his job, he had an attitude, was very rushed & aggravated. I ended up leaving everything I was about to purchase & walking out.
