I was just there five minutes ago. I was there for about 20 minutes trying to look for a product specifically was a motor oil additive. I couldn’t find it. I’m going around the store. They seen me going around the store. They didn’t ask if I need help or anything. There were three people in there. No one asked they were kind of busy. I’m not gonna say no, but not the 20 minutes the whole entire team I’ll just order my stuff online like I’ve been doing sorry AutoZone I gave you a try.

It is incredible that in a store selling spare parts and accessories for cars, they are not aware of this and also the person who helped me answered in a rude and harsh manner. If they do not have the knowledge, I understand it but I think they do not have the right to answer in a rude manner.

Xavier was great. He gave me tools and a rundown on how to remove the car battery. Another employee helped me with selecting windshield wippers for my car and running through the options.
Xavier installed a new battery and windshield wippers in no time. Everyone was friendly and on point. Great experience

Well, in this store there is no customer service. I arrived asking about an oil filter for my car and the lady indicated that she does not speak Spanish. I explained to her what I wanted and the make of the car and she did not check the computer and she just went to the hallway and indicated that I didn't have anything like the one I was wearing or another brand. When several appeared on the page, it was obvious that I didn't want to do anything better. I turned around and looked elsewhere. I have had the pleasure of going to others and I have nothing to complain about, but I'm not crazy, I'll come back, I'd rather go. to another even if it is further away

Team here is nice and super helpful. I needed a new battery so I ordered online and picked it up at the store. Since I'm car illiterate, associate Xavier replaced the battery for me with efficiency and went above and beyond to help when another part was needed. I highly recommend this AutoZone!

Every time I go to the AutoZone on Pulaski, not only has the staff been knowledgeable, they have been so helpful. I needed new windshield wipers, they replaced them in the parking lot. I had a headlight out, they pulled it out, found the replacement, and installed it. I will only shop at this location no matter where I live.

I purchased a battery at another AutoZone location who said they didn't have enough staff to change out my purchase. I called this particular location to check and they said they would do it for me. When I arrived here, the associate Jeremy was super helpful, courteous, and he changed out my battery with a smile even in the cold. This will be my new location to visit due to his level of service!
