I visited the store because I needed wipers for my car, the person that assisted me was extremely rude. He didn’t communicate well and when he realized he rung me up for the incorrect wipers he simply said “yeah we don’t have the wipers you need”.
I then asked if there was another location where they did have them, I asked him if he could please provide a copy of the correct wipers and all he said was “yeah I only print out receipts”, which he didn’t provide to me at the time of checkout, he simply walked away with the wipers and I had to take the receipt myself from the printer. Refund process was stressful as he lacks communication skills and professionalism. Luckily I was able to go to a different location where they were much nicer and helpful.

They never want to do there job and that’s a problem for the customer who just wants to get there car fixed but we have to deal with lazy people who tell us wrong information to get you out there face. This place need new staff or a better manager to make sure they do there jobs correctly.

Bad service, they never help, I've bought batteries for my car twice now and the first time they didn't want to come out to test the battery, today is the second time and the same thing happened, I've been to other autozones and you can see the difference in customer service.

I can’t thank the team at my neighborhood AutoZone enough, especially Omar, the manager, who went above and beyond to help me out! The recent cold weather had completely depleted my MR2’s battery, leaving it lifeless. Omar not only guided me through the process of selecting the right battery but also made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. His knowledge and professionalism stood out, and it was clear he genuinely cared about getting me back on the road.

I purchased a battery told the employee what battery I needed for my BMW. I go to the dealership to have the battery installed. The dealer didn’t install the battery because the EMPLOYEE gave me the WRONG one. Now I can’t return this battery. I didn’t know customers are responsible for EMPLOYEES MISTAKES.

I had the worst experience at this location. The girl store manager was not helpful and not empathetic to my situation. I was trying to return an item but she refused to process the transaction and prompted me to return to the original location. I will never visit this location again. I went back the original location where I purchase my item and was helped so easily. Additionally she misled me by pointing me to a sign on the door with a district manager phone number that was non existent. I will just drive the additional 10 minutes and visit a different auto zone.

I came to store and normally store should be closed at 9 pm but they did not let us get into at 8:54 pm. There were 3 people were waiting outside but they did not open it. What kind of business is this that not really care about customer happiness.
