Super helpful staff- they saved my Christmas!! I was about to load up the car and drive to my parents for Xmas eve, only to find I left my tailgate open and the 12v battery was drained. Jump wasn’t working. Autozone was open till 7pm Xmas eve. They charged my battery in 30 min and tested it - for free. I put it back in the car and all was well, off we went (only a little late for dinner) to enjoy the holidays. Great service!

After trying to replace a part myself and thinking that I had bought the wrong model part, Tina helped me out for the next twenty minutes or so, bringing tools, a flashlight, and her auto knowledge to make sure I got the right part replaced properly. Can't say enough kind things about her - she was super helpful, friendly and available, nice to talk to, and didn't make me feel dumb about a relatively simple job. Need help? Go see Tina.
