We had a terrible experience here today. My husband tried to make a return on a faulty product—with a receipt from the other autozone location on western from where he had bought it—and was accused of stealing it. The clerk refused to make the return. She said “you can go down to that location and they can check the tapes.” When he asked “are you accusing me of stealing this?” She refused to answer the question and only said “I’m not going to return that.” When he tried to leave, she continued to be combative, saying “oh, so you asked me a question and now you won’t let me answer?”
He did go to another location, the one farther south on Western, and was able to return it without issue.
Avoid this store if you don’t want to be accused of a crime and refused service.

I’ve never had a bad experience in my 15 years of shopping at AutoZone until I had to deal with the manager ariel. Piece of garbage sold me a defective part and didn’t want to give me my money back! He acts like it is coming out of his paycheck! He has a very poor attitude and I see why many people don’t shop at this location. Horrible!!!

Store Manager Ariel was just awesome- gave us great honest advice while showing us different products we needed and where we should spend the extra money -so happy this is my neighborhood Auto Zone!

Came into the shop and all of the employees were exceptionally nice and extremely helpful. Bought a window wiper and the salesperson put on my car and was done within minutes. Great service!

I would like to thank Christopher Santana for his outstanding customer service, great job AutoZone on finding a great team member like him. I felt welcome once I entered the store, I told him about my car and without any hesitation he went the extra mile to help me with my car repair. I’ll always go back to this location for all my vehicle needs because of his willingness to help without a second thought. Thank you again Christopher!

Came here to get a new battery until they checked it and told me the battery is still good & doesn’t need replacing now! The guy showed me where there was corrosion on my battery and what I could use to clean it. Had a great experience!
