Purchased a new battery that was unpackaged and no seals to tear away or plastic to break open. Later come back to returned because the car needed to be towed. No refund was issued because the battery was not in its original condition. I did not use the battery and returned the battery just the way it was sold to me a couple hours later. The manager told me to go try and sale it on Ebay. Unfortunately, I should have not accepted the battery without it being wrapped up with seal tags on it. Lost $265.13

Claiming fraud for simple miscommunication is absolutely disrespectful to any customer. Sass and attitude was uncalled for, from cashier when I was totally polite. Honestly that uneducated little girl should be fired for her customer service. Absolutely terrible experience. So unnecessary.
