As someone who has no idea about cars and always being ripped off by car dealerships, I have had mostly good experience with autozone. This site is exceptional for their customer service, very helpful, and super friendly. If you see Valentino, you know you are in good hands. He will make sure you picked up the right parts for your car and make sure that everything works well before you leave the shop. There are so many autozone locations to choose from, but it’s such a pleasant surprise when you walk into a store with great employees. I was just going to change a bulb in my car quickly. However, after noticing their great service , I decided to buy few other things at this shop because they were so helpful!

Was sold a faulty fuse that burnt out right away when I went to go exchange it the lazy employee that was too lazy to even get out of his chair told me he could not exchange it for another one , that I would have to spend more money and purchase another one , when I was sold a faulty one , very poor customer service and I would not recommend coming here , go somewhere else.

Came to the store on 3/21/25 around 1:15pm for a tool I needed. There were 2 people stocking an aisle, and one in the back room. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed help. I stood at the register until a driver came in and checked me out. If self checkout took cash, I would have left without anyone even knowing I was there.

Came in for a battery check. Geo was the happy to help. Battery was tested and losing charge.
Purchased a new one, and Geo installed it.
In and out in 10 minutes problem solve. Thumbs up to Geo. Thank you

I just stop by to ask someone to help me install a low beam bulb on my SUV and this guy “ Xavion V” didn’t even wait a second to say “ I can help you with that” ! Besides that, he realized that the bulb he was going to install was different color that the one I had on my car (the old one). So immediately he made the changes and installed both of them same color. Thank you so much and please keep this kind of people working for Autozone and recognize their Amazon customer service!!

Have been a customer for years. Went in to purchase oil filters for 2 different vehicles.
The associate looked up the filter types in his computer. The filters they sold me were both the wrong filters for my vehicles. These guys in here not only know nothing about cars but evidently don't even know how to look up items in the computer. Don't waste your time in this place. They will sell you the wrong parts and give you a hard time when you have to waste your time and go back to return their screw-up. Not only will you be wasteing your time buying the wrong part but they will also have an attitude problem when you go back to return. Very poor service and very rude.
