This is the absolute worst auto zone. They close early and they are extremely unprofessional. I the person that I believe I spoke with today was Timothy Davis, and I understand if they want to close early due to the area but they should change their hours. It seems like they’re just being lazy!

Went in at 7:30 didn't know what I was doing but the help that I received there was incredible they located my key fob battery and installed my windshield wipers. It may not seem like a big deal but the courtesy and help that they extended went far beyond what one would expect kudos dfr

This is the second Auto Zone that I called to buy and install a new battery. Again, I was told me that they would not or could not do it. I was told by several friends that Auto Zone was the place to go but after two refusals from two different Auto Zone stores, I decided to go a different brand named auto store...and I'm glad I did.

I went there to purchase a new battery for my car and the young lady who worked there said that they would install it if I bought it from them which is also stated on their commercial. When I asked the guy who was ringing me out if they installed it he said, " oh no not in this weather!" Then I told him the young lady on the other register said that they would install it and he said, "oh well tell her to install it!" When I say I will NEVER be back I mean NEVER! He was rude and nasty and I hope this location closes! The customer service is atrocious and they need training to learn how to deal with customers because without us there is no business and most importantly no job for them!

They are awesome I came in complaint about the one on stony island because they gave me a replacement alarm that didn’t go to my car they exchanged it and explained everything to me I was back connected within min they are very kind and they customer service is excellent thank you guys for everything
