Poor customer service. They didn’t want to help find my parts that were under warranty. They told me to go to the store where I had purchased my parts . Very unprofessional.

If you are not kind, do not work in customer service . Came in yesterday and the associate was so rude did not want to help me look for items i needed at all just wanted to stand there and not help me as if he is not a worker ON THE CLOCK . Bye felicia ! Would not recommend shopping here .

Malik was able to fix my headlight quickly. I had been to 2 other Auto Zones in the city and they were unable to remove the burned out low beam headlight, or so I thought. When Malik removed the low beam headlight I noted it was not the same piece the other 2 individuals had been working on removing. After showing Malik what they had been trying to remove he informed me it was the high beam headlight which did not need replacing. I guess it’s really true that “3rd times the charm.”

Edgar is so phenomenal. I really appreciate the way that he took his time to help me. This morning made me understand what was going on with the vehicle. Very, very patient. I love the cleanest of the parking lot. And the store which also made me feel safe. I was there super early this morning and the greeting was like fresh coffee.from Edgar I already called to tell my friends and my husband to visit this location on 82nd and Kedize 5 stars ? ???? giving to Edgar

"I visited a store to buy tire caps and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the sales associate. It would be wonderful if the store management reads customer reviews and recognizes the helpfulness of their employees. I wish more stores had knowledgeable and supportive associates like him. I was there this morning for a battery suggested by the place that did my oil change. After the Autozone employee asked me questions about my car, he stated I might not need a battery. After he suggested I get it tested, 65%! The staff was so nice. Will definitely be back.
