I was a current customer but want be shopping at this location anymore. I had a battery charging and needed to know if I needed to purchase another battery. I called and was told to hold for a long period of time and when the young lady picked up the phone. She was extremely rude and disrespectful . I continue to call after being hung up and came to the store . To find out they didn’t even check and that they couldn’t help me. The manager kierra was no help and is unaware of the store and also needs better customer service. She made me show that I was calling the right store and was rude after I showed her. I don’t trust this location .

This AutoZone is honestly one of the worst I’ve been in in the city. There are multiple women working here that don’t know how to do the simple things that AutoZone is supposed to be known for.. over the phone they said it wouldn’t be a problem, but when I got to the location, nobody could change my battery. Ladies were extremely hostile made me super uncomfortable and I definitely won’t be coming back.

Joshua Luciano was a great help! He was polite, professional, and very helpful! He was a delight to meet and talk to. He change my brake lights and headlights with ease!!! He has a great personality and is customer oriented. We need more people like him working in retail!

This AutoZone is a very very unprofessional from the Black manager down to the employees. He is ridiculous all the way down to employees. This is the worst customer service AutoZone, where Black people in a black &, spend they hard earn money, and get very, very poor customer service neighborhood come to. Every time I go there in the evening they always give me the wrong part. Went there today and the manager walking around with big orange headphones on listening to music while, customers waiting in line to get auto part for there cars unprofessional. The bad part about the whole situation. The managers could have said is what cash register did you pay so, I can look up the receipt and then I can reimbursed for the part. Instead the manager and another AutoZone employee was loud and stated if this store was in the White neighborhood, we won’t be going back-and-forth like this, first you are unprofessional in front of customers and then, you pull a racial comment in front of Black people, unprofessional. This is ridiculous unacceptable. Because I did not have my receipt, but my name email is in the system. Us as Black people need to stop spending our money at this autoZone where poor customer service is given. I wish it was a way to give the people a negative five point star rating.

I called the store on 76th and Stony Island, and they assured me they had the needed part.
When I arrived they said no, they actually didn't have it.
They called 87th and the dan Ryan, who assured them THEY had the part.
Went there, NO PART.
AutoZone, do better. I will be avoiding your business whenever possible.
