If I could I would give 0 stars came in for some break pads and rotors with the warranty that I had the guy gave me the wrong pads and rotors 6 items that were the wrong parts for my car the two front rotors and the back rotors and the front pads and back pads I went to the shop to get my car fixed was in there a hour and half for them to tell me they gave you the wrong parts I then had to go to another auto zone to get the right parts I would never go here again the worker name is Francisco you cost me a extra $100 since they had to put the old pads back on my car for me to get to the auto zone to get the right parts

Ricardo helped me with wiper blades. He made sure I found Bosch blades that fit my Ford.
The wiper blades from CostCo didnt attach to my Fusion, so Ricardo walked to my car to attach them personally.
His excellent service made my experience smooth and easy.

This is the third time I've gone to this Auto Zone and the service isn't as good as the other Auto Zones I have been to. The employee was on her phone and seemed annoyed when I asked her a question.

Friendly service but I would have left a better review if they called the other store to confirm they would have a part in stock for me or to order it to this store.
That is what the other autozone I was referred to did for me.
