This is my neighborhood store and I want start by saying that I go to this store due to the convenience of the location and also that they have a few women working here and find that great as it makes feel at ease when coming there for help. I can in today to get spark plugs and help with a tail light. Vanessa the store manager helped with all of it. She is amazing and very personable person. I will definitely be back for all my car needs and sending all my friends her way. Keep up the great job.

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Nesa G! She helped me change a light that was really hard to replace, but she got it done quickly and with a great attitude. Nesa was super professional, friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing. Honestly, she was the best! Thank you, Nesa!

Product in two different car parts stores
Seek the adapter for the emissions control product, wasted 3/4 of bottle
On computer of Napa and Murray’s
Advised that 2017- 2029 need to used anti siphon adapter to use this product
Will not use auto until there computer car update is corrected
I upgraded my evaluation, after speaking a manager, took back old box and container
After a detailed review, did not even get offered a simple discount fir there failure
20% DISCOUNT would have changed my review to 5
Star due to fact that there computer system
Did allow for proper, vehicle type although they sold me correct filter, and I am a fairly
Consistent customer, the word I received from manager was oh well,
Prices may be fair , but Murray’s, Napa, and
Cano, and two other auto parts stores that were perfectly aware of issue , bypass anti siphon system to allow them to upsell a 3$ adapter that solved issue, for a vet and senior cannot afford to lose 16$ on product
2O $ would have avoided my waste of time
Took 3 minutes on phone to correct issue
But wasted 80% of emissions product.
So all seniors, trust no one but yourself
Two extra calls would have secured product
The days where car parts store are gone no true customer service
I will recommend on my operating engineers blog to avoid auto zone. ONLY 8596 fillers are much

Seriously one of the worst experiences ever. Employees struggled to help me find the most basic of wrenches for an oil change. Most items claimed to be instock on line weren’t. It’s no wonder online shopping from giants like Amazon do so much better when a place like autozone struggles on such simple car things.
Even though this store is a 3 min walk from my front door, I’ll go drive 10 mins or more to other auto parts stores to avoid coming here

I would like to thank Nessa G from the AutoZone on Irving Park in Chicago for going an extra mile to help my mom who is 83 years old and drives Subaru. My mom needed help with the light bulb replacement and Nessa helped her to purchase the right item and even replace it. Another time, yesterday my mom went to her local AutoZone so worried because her key stopped working and again Nessa G helped her with replacing the battery. We appreciate sales associates who are so kind and care for others.

Excellent service! The manager Valentin was very nice, helpful, and super fast with the battery change process. He got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!
