I have to give Lola g the parts sales manager 2 thumbs up she really was a huge help with helping me find my part and making sure I got the right part . She was very courteous and professional. I have to admit it's some of the best service I received at any auto parts store . She made a believer out of me and will definitely make auto zone my go to for any automotive needs thank you Lola for all your help

LOLA G, I am beyond content with the customer service provided by Lola. patient, efficient, and beyond understanding ! Even though commercial was closed she went out of her way to give me all the info needed for get the exact part I needed for my car ! Best customer service given and will definitely be attending this store all the time ! THANK YOU

I can't express enough how grateful I am for Lola G !! I was having a very rough day myself.... Had a long work day, it was hot outside & not to mention I hadn't eaten anything all day. But regardless, I went to the store and she was the first person to come and help me even though it was very busy inside and I'll admit I had a nasty attitude too. But she was very understanding, patient & willingly assisted me in a way that a True Customer Service Representative should be. Lola G. 10/10 Exceedingly Presented Excellent Customer Service !!!

Honestly, all Autozones have been a pain to deal with. I’ve had a commercial account for 7 years and it’s never been this bad. They don’t respect my business and most importantly, my time.
If anyone has any recommendations on a parts store where I can open a commercial account and they’ll appreciate my business and not waste my time. Time is money!

Came for a battery and got battery installed and they made sure my vehicle was good to go before i left.Customer service is amazing and great and helpful group of employees ,this is a most come to when you need help and parts. Thank you to Nate for great customer service.

Had a fantastic experience! After a stressful morning, Nate P. quickly helped me find the right battery for my vehicle, along with wiper blades. He showed us how to install both our battery and wiper blades while doing it seamlessly in under 10 minutes—efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful!

I'm totally late writing this review, but they deserve it. After getting a battery from another autozone, it was never swapped with my old battery. We then drove to another autozone, which is THIS location, and when we arrived, there were two guys working there. I completely forgot their names since this was a long time ago. It was so cold outside, but they were eager and very happy to assist in putting the new battery. We were ready to get charged or denied since this was from another autozone, but they still did it! I even tried giving them a $20 tip, but they denied it. They were so generous and nice. I forgot what the other location was - but this autozone will forever be the best one!

I’ve been meaning to post this for the longest, but I went to AutoZone not too long ago because my battery was messed up and I just want to say that Tony the manager helped me with everything that I needed help with. When I tell you this man went above and beyond let me tell you he went ABOVE and BEYOND and I am so grateful that Tony has such great customer service skills and loves what he does. When I went, It was really busy, but Tony took care of me, and at the same time he was very attentive with all the other customers. I hope that the company recognizes how hard-working he is because let me tell you, There’s not a lot of people with great customer service skills out there. Tony, thank you so much for helping me with my battery issue. I’m glad I stumbled upon you and I hope you get the recognition that you deserve. AutoZone, please give this man the recognition that he truly deserves. Thank you so much Tony! 10/10!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Nate when getting my car battery changed, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my battery and walked me through the replacement process. The job was done quickly and with great care, and I felt completely confident in his expertise. It’s clear that he take pride in his work and genuinely care about providing the best service.
