The manager here Bob O. is one of the rudest people ever. You can't even tell him what you need without him correcting you or telling him you çonfused the parts. What with the bad attitude
Came in stating I need to buy an replacement alternator under warranty the duralast gold. Oh and while I'm here I may need to buy a new starter as my mechanic may of destroyed it testing the alternator.
Instead I have the manager Bob ostrek here start showing me the starter gold. I'm trying to say " um no I meant the alternator was gold and I just want the basic standard starter". Well that what I would of said if he didn't keep cutting me off and said starter gold is here. Only for me to say sorry I meant alternator gold . But nope all I get from him is you said starter gold, which I didn't so im showing you. I'm not getting in an arguement with someone who won't let me speak or isn't listening. Look dude I know exactly what I need I'm not going to argue with you. So I just thank him for not helping and walked out.
Horrible customer service. If you want to be ignored and talked down to. Go to this place. Which is sad cause I spend thousands a year buying parts from auto zone. This was my first time at this location as i needed parts for my sister vehicl and was in the neighborhood. It will be my last time at this location. Seems service at this location is hit or miss depending what employee assist you.

Bought 2 batteries , passed 3 months , warranty 3 years , nothing change !!

This was my first time coming to this location and I am extremely happy I did. Bob Ostrow helped me and this man was so nice to me, he made sure he explained everything to me that I didn't understand. Bob also gave me advice on which products would go best for my car. Bob is professional and knows his stuff. Thank you so much for your help. I definitely recommend this location and if you're able to be helped by Bob Ostrow you will surely be happy!

David was awesomeSo were all the guys I spoke to on the phone. They offered the free battery test, engine check light test and the car was greatA friend didn’t put the battery in correctlySo they checked and tightened it so the car would start.Thanks Autozone
