Kid with a red shirt answered the phone correct manager taught she can down talk this kid i worked for autozone never would i down talk someone in front of customers stop trying to embrass these red shirts they dont make enough to be treated or talked to like she did i felt like saying something but i walked out poor excuse of a manager train these people correctly wait till customers leave to say something

I needed a battery replacement and they were really helpful about it. They even let me have my car towed to their parking lot and park it overnight. Very helpful and understanding staff. That saved me a lot of stress and trouble. Really appreciate you guys!

On June 7th I placed an online order at 12:30pm I was in a rush to get my item. So I rushed to go and retrieve it before recieving an email from Autozone to confirm my pickup. I called instead and spoke to Zane. He verified that his store location did not carry the part I ordered through his store. Online it seemed to be available to pickup in his store. So Zane told me another store was going deliver it and it would be there by 1:30pm. I waited and called at 1:30 upon calling I spoke to Zane and his attitude was unprofessional he seemed bothered by my persistence. He then told me the store manager was going to deliver the part at 2:30pm. I waited and called at 2:30pm the girl placed me on hold for 11mins. I hung up and called back to be helped and I was told by a guy there that they would call me when the part was recieved from 1pm-5pm now. I waited for the call and Aree called and I went to retrieve the part. I came to find out the part was at the store location all this time. Zane wasted all my time due to his lack of willingness to do his job. Just a terrible experience from the location. The only brightside to all this was the store manger Aree gave me a $10.00 dollar off a purchase I made. I don't recommend this store at all. Go somewhere else before thinking to come here.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . They got kids working here who don’t know anything and don’t even want to try and help. They can only do things when the manager is present which is not at the time that is convenient for me. Why do they even hire people like these who don’t want to do their job? Unbelievable. Won’t come here ever again and I suggest you do the same if you want to avoid the headache of them sending you away to another store 20 minutes away from theirs because they can’t deal with a simple return for which I have the return barcode. This place needs better management

Didn't have a great time in here on Sunday. Really obnoxious staff at this location.
They waited till I was 50 feet inside the store to tell me I had to go back to the entrance to put my backpack on the first counter.
I told the staff that customer bags should be kept behind the counter, not on the counter where anyone could swipe them. Don't think they really understood that. Nobody asked if I needed help finding anything, there were more concerned with socializing, ordering pizza, laughing at customers and so on. I left without buying anything and went to Napa.

Mercedes helped immediately and then even rechecked when I tried to buy a truck sized windshield wiper for my hatchback. Car repairs are stressful and she was so lovely!

I want to let Corp know that they have an Awesome employee, Mr. Valentin is an Asset to the Company. He is very knowledgeable, great customer service, A man of integrity. I drive all the way from Naperville just to do business with him. I wish there were more people like him. He goes beyond what is expected of him, and this is with all his customers. 😇 you don’t see this anymore, people just don’t care about customers anymore. But Valentin on the other hands takes his time to help you. He all about the customer. Kudos to Valentin keep up the good work. ( Rose )

I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to Valentin Rivera! His car knowledge was far superior to any car dealership I’ve been to. He quickly identified the fix my car needed. He explained everything clearly, and saved me from paying top dollars at the dealership. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Valentin if you need assistance!
