Greetings,
I am a videographer with an electric bike so autozone is the last place I would usually go, but a huge storm was coming out of no where on us and I asked if they had a bag I could get ( multiple places had already said no) but Tom A. Said no problem buddy, and searched hi and lo for a trash bag for me to protect my cameras from the rain. Not only did they make zero dollars on me, I used up some of their time he could have been doing something else, yet because of that this autozone location will be my go to spot and I will steer anyone and everyone this way. Be nice people and the money will follow. Thanks to Tom and the staff at autozone Devon!

I was in trouble when my engine wouldn't start after shopping at Target. I looked online and called Advanced autoparts AND O'Reilly... they both told me they couldn't help. Even though I was stranded in a parking lot with my kids. I called the closest Auto Zone, on Touhy and they said they couldn't do it. I called the next closest store on Devon and they were happy to help!! After waiting 45 minutes in the cold with my children, Greg at Auto Zone got to us in 5 minutes!! I placed my order for a battery online, he brought it to me and installed it right there in the parking lot. He saved us!! I'd highly recommend Autozone and this location to anyone.. Thank you, again Greg!

I had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Hifz! He helped us find an air tube for windshield washer fluid, and his knowledge and efficiency made the process so smooth. Hifz was patient, friendly, and ensured we got exactly what we needed. It’s rare to find employees who are so dedicated to helping customers, and his assistance made all the difference. I’ll definitely recommend this AutoZone location because of the excellent service from Hifz. Thank you!

They lost a sell and me as a customer for not having a restroom after a long drive. The Evanston Autozone has a restroom. My 5 stars went to them :)
