I had an excellent experience renting from this Avis/Budget location. It was all thanks to Nestor’s phenomenal service. It was like having a friend in a new city. He kept my best interests at heart and shaved invaluable tips and made the experience a very friendly, smooth, and enjoyable one. I will happily visit this location anytime I’m in Chicago. Besides the fact that everything went very smooth with getting a car, the customer service I received weekly from Nester & Juana needs to be talked about! When you’re trying to make things happen and then good people be good to you it helps to make your personal things way less on you and that’s what they did for me. Every time I came through with a problem or any situation they would help me to the best of their abilities and 9 times out of 10 they were able to help. I Really Want The Company To Know I Really Appreciate These 2!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at Avis. Nestor, who was on duty, was so incredibly patient and polite with annoying people on their phone instead of paying attention to his questions. Not only did he work well with me, but he was extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location.

Scheduled a pickup at 12, walked in at 12 and was told he was closing and come back tomorrow. After arguing I finally got the car but the car was dirty and had a used razor in it. He was also yelling at 2 other customers that came after me saying he’s closing and going home. Wont ever book here again
