When I first bought my Away medium flex it was quick and easy. In and out, this was a few months ago. Today I came in because I had my lock reset button got stuck. The team was quick to handle the repair in store. I was in and out within 12 minutes. Thanks team

Wonderful luggage!!!! Love the easy of the way the luggage glides on the floor. Customer service is amazing. Have only had luggage for a week. Expensive but so far worth the money.
