First of all I was a good member I paid for the most high room and paid a lot of 700$ and more then when I tired to get my membership back I was denied don’t know why I was a good membership never did nothing to the rooms and left everything like it was so it’s ok and now I paid for it I just want my membership money back it’s fine I will never come here again .Oh for the record this one in Chicago by the way

I love this place we spent the night in the Elate room and let me tell you it was so relaxing with my girlfriend we spent hours in the large jacuzzi. And loved the huge shower they have. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun sexy and relaxing time.

My husband and I just joined less than 3 weeks ago and we’ve already gone twice. We had a great time! The only downside is the parking lot you have to park in while checking into a room. So crowded, both on a sat night & Thursday morning. But it won’t stop me from going back. The ladies in the office are very nice, one man who helped us this last time was a little rude, but again, won’t stop us. We love the comfortable beds, the tv channels for entertainment. Just everything, we loved. And a taco bell across the street for energy.

Nice room, have seen more attention to detail in other locations. Service was good. Alcohol was not served until after 2pm, but we had to wait until almost 230.Rooms: I like the idea that I can get cocktails yto my room!

I had a great time at Axis. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and smelled great. The jacuzzi was very nice and the walk-in shower was amazing. I have a bad fear of germs and I felt like the room was extremely clean and I felt very comfortable. The two men at the front desk are fantastic and so professional and kind. The beds are so comfortable and all of the amenities were fantastic. Everything was worth the cost, and I honestly felt like the cost was very reasonable for the experience we received.Why I gave 4 stars instead of 5:It is not in a good neighborhood, we did hear gunshots outside of our room. The rooms are not soundproof, we could hear other people having sex and the cleaners. Every time someone else leaves their room our door would shake and scare me. We ordered a package and they forgot it, but they were very quick to correct their mistake and give us a credit and complementary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It totally made up for the mistake.Overall, the good parts way outweighed the bad. I was a bit concerned with some of the bad reviews other customers left but I did not experience anything like people were saying in previous reviews. My partner and I had a great anniversary here and we will be returning ASAP :)

My husband and I, enjoyed our 2 days, celebrating our anniversary in the Lush room at Axis. We were absolutely blown away! The two story suite was AMAZING! We could not get enough of the huge, jacuzzi tub and mesmerizing, waterfall! Upstairs was even better. The huge, 3 shower head, steam shower and the huge circle bed with lots of pillows. The suite was Very clean and everything well stocked!2 mini fridges and a microwave, after I requested one. Also, the complimentary sweet Moscato and rose peddles, were much appreciated! The staff was very nice and helpful and room service, was extremely fast! We will definitely be back and recommend to others!

So, I'm not one to leave negative reviews. I just stop going and they don't get my business anymore. But this one really frosted me. My wife and I have been members here since 2016. We've gone a number of times and it's a nice getaway for a few hours. However, I went to book a room last week, and I had to renew my membership. Up pops a questionnaire about my likes and dislikes, plans for the future, favorite colors, what I did for a living, etc. I was trying to get this booked before I walked into a meeting (If I don't do it while I'm thinking about it, I'll forget later.) and I copy and paste "I don't care" into all the answers and continue on to book my room. Later, I get an email from Lora Wright explaining how I made a bunch of rude comments, and the owners don't want a bunch of people who don't follow the rules in their hotel and I was now banned forever from their property. Now mind you, I had just paid the membership fee. I emailed back, explaining that we're busy people. I don't need my favorite colors or favorite champagne in the room. I want to spend the few hours my wife and I get alone somewhere and just do our thing. It falls on deaf ears. Whatever. I won't come back. Fine. I wouldn't have even written this review, if not for the fact that she still hasn't refunded my membership fee and now I have to spend time chasing that down. Not to mention I had a $50 credit on my account from the last time we went, and she mysteriously "couldn't find any credit on my account." What a complete waste of time.
