I have to say, Banana Republic is a favorite store of mine. They always have something wonderful to check out. The sale rack is always a good place to peruse. They had cashmere sweaters on sale, but unfortunately, not in my colors. This particular store is worth the visit.

The customer service was outstanding.
The lovely lady greeting customers at the door was sweet and the gentlemen who assisted me were attentive and knowledgeable. And the online order I picked up was neatly wrapped.

The underground garage parking is free for two hours if you validate it. I have to say the customer service at this place was top notch. This lady staff was amazing and made sure we had a great experience. First of all, she was super friendly. She then took all the clothes we picked to a fitting room. Once I asked her if my girl friend and I could go in together so we could see how we looked in each of the clothes we selected, she cleaned up and got us a bigger room. We were really impressed by her customer care. The quality of clothes were also amazing and they do have some nice variety.

Absolutely horrible experience today 3/09/23. I bought a $100 dollar top with the intention to wear it on my birthday last week, It ended up being too cold so I never even took it out of the bag. My husband went to return it today and they refused to take it back saying it had deodorant marks on it….. isn’t that what happens when you try on a top? I had the tags on it, receipt, everything intact. NEVER WORN. They refused to return it. Outright refused. When I purchased it from the oakbrook location, it had so much lint and dust on it that I had the cashier use a lint remover, and they have the audacity to say they can’t return it due to that and the deodorant marks. Complete unacceptable customer service and this is why they are losing loyal customers. Infuriating. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated like a second class person and be treated rudely by the manager.

Found the gifts I needed. The store looks great as merchandise is well displayed. Mahe sure to ask for the size you want if you don't see it on the floor. It may be in stock but not on the floor. Helpful associates.
