Awful, they want to do everything VIRTUAL... they have not enough personal. BETTER TO GO on a Different Bank of America where they have real people ans you get out with a bank account instead of taking the triple of the time with someone on an screen that at the end after hours will tell you, YOUR ACCOUNT IS ON REVIEW!!

Today marked my last visit to this particular branch of Bank of America, and it's all thanks to the unfortunate encounter with the bank teller, Blanca. I've been a loyal Bank of America customer for over 11 years, and I've never experienced such poor customer service.My visit was far from busy; the bank was practically empty. I approached Blanca's counter to make a cash deposit, and from the moment I mentioned cash, her attitude took a nosedive. She inquired about the amount, to which I replied that I wasn't entirely sure of the exact figure. Instead of assisting or reassuring me, she proceeded to inform me that if the bank were busy, she wouldn't have the time to count the cash, implying that I should do it myself. This assertion was repeated not once but twice.This response was not only unwarranted but also completely unprofessional. I've deposited substantial sums of cash at Bank of America numerous times in the past without any issues. It's part of a bank teller's job to handle cash transactions efficiently, regardless of the amount involved or the branch's busyness.Blanca's lack of professionalism and her refusal to perform her basic duties have left me utterly disappointed. It's evident that she needs further training in customer service and the responsibilities of a bank teller. This encounter has tainted my view of this branch and Bank of America as a whole, and I have no choice but to seek banking services elsewhere.I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to ensure that all customers receive the high-quality service they expect and deserve.

I have to go to this location for work almost every day. Ever since they changed management they have gone down hill. They can’t keep tellers working here, and it seems that there is always 10+ people working but only ever one teller. And if the teller goes on lunch it seems that no one else in the building can step in and cover. I work in retail, I understand that if my cashier goes on lunch that someone else has to step in.The tellers they do have, are over worked and overwhelmed. The management can’t seem to help them out. They’re always extra apologetic for lines, and when they don’t have change.It seems that the manager just stands around and makes almost inappropriate small talk with the clients. I’ve heard complaints about him from the tellers, current and former.This location is pitiful. Do better.

Never understood why every Bank of America location is severely understaffed, every single one. Why are there 4-5 teller workstations but only one teller working? Consistently a line of 5+ people each waiting 20+ minutes each. It’s not employees' fault, it’s likely BoA corporate or a cheap owner.
