Very bad attention. You can feel the bad, bad feeling there.Have a nice day and find another location.A great bank, But ....There was no way to remove the only star in this comment, so I had to put one for my opinion. I was always kind and the kinder you are the worse they treat you.Something ..() is needed for a new environment.They forget the importance of a client.They act like they are the ones doing you a favor.Good luck ?

Nice branch. I was greeted by Ms. Zavala and she was very kind and professional, and she helped to complete the transaction. Otherwise it would have been very difficult for me to come back again . Another banker (Ms. Rocha) also helped in the final stage of the transaction. So I thank both the wonderful bankers for their outstanding customer service.

It’s 3:20pm on a Monday and this Bank only has 1 teller working. There are currently 8 people waiting. Absolutely ridiculous.

Since becoming a BOA business card holder, I’ve had issues with all BOA banks in my area, except this one. Bank tellers are very professional, efficient and friendly. A well ordered customer service is always appreciated. Thank you

Very rude I guess because I’m not Hispanic. When I walked in two ladies where talk and ignored my presence then began to speak in Spanish . So interrupted and that’s how my question was answered .

Every time I come to this location to see a banker, there’s ALWAYS AT LEAST a 45 minute wait! Not enough tellers or bankers available! They need to hire more workers!

Verry poor customer service. Slow slow .. they close my accounts because they couldn’t verify so when I went to pick up my money from the account they said They couldn’t give it to me... that I had to wait for check in the mail ..... there’s a pandemic going on and this people decide to take the last of our money ... and make us wait till they ready to send it to us ... wonder if my bills would wait too
