it's kinda just okay. the selection is much smaller than I expected, with only 1 small shelf for my fav genres (fiction and classics). I will say, the selections they *do* have are actually pretty nice, with some things I haven't seen elsewhere. my BIGGEST complaint is the location, cuz it's located on lower level of a Macy's, which is impossible to navigate to. ZERO signage pointing in the direction of where this store actually is, and even if you know exactly where it is, it's such a maze to actually reach, cuz there are no stairwells, no working elevators, and again, NO SIGNAGE. try going in from the Block 37 LL rather than Macy's.

Limited selection, but great location and wonderful staff. I was surprised to see a current events section, with books that aren't very popular mainstream, but that are knowledgeable on the Palestinian crisis. Great work! Definitely stop by if you're in the area.

Reminds me of the bookstore in beauty and the beast. Friendly staff and great recommendations. The decor and lighting are very huge which makes me want to spend all day here !

Small store so selection was limited. Primary complaint is no seating. Out of their control, but the temperature was also incredibly high.

Small selection of books and hard to find in but the staff will order books you want and if you call them they will tell you how to find them.

Love books, love reading. I enjoy this book store because there is always a good sale and the employees are so friendly and helpful. They also have a lot of visiting authors. So nice to have an autographed copy and maybe a handshake or photo.

It's a nice book store but they only have a small section of books that I'm looking for and not enough hardcover books in what I'm interested in the staff is very nice though

This tiny bookstore in the basement of Macy’s rounded out my Chicago trip. It’s such a tiny store, but I still enjoyed it anyway. The basement also has the sweets and wine display plus seating. I can see folks purchasing a book here and then sitting to read and munch on dessert. Overall, very wholesome lil bookstore.
