Great place to deliver. Got in 15 hrs before my appointment sense they allow overnight parking. They weren't busy so they unloaded right away and were very professional. Just a little tricky to get here in a big truck. Lots of low clearance bridges and foot traffic. From 55N take exit 287 and go R on Pulanski. In 1 mile go L on 47th. In 2 miles go left on Western Blvd ( not western ave, they run parallel). In less than a mile you'll
turn R on 42nd Place and you're there. You will see a sign for low bridge with 13ft clearance, but your turn to 42nd is before it so don't worry. This route will get you there with no issues. Didn't see driver facilities, but can't complain with overnight parking in Chicago. Lots of yummy food trucks near by.

Arrived 3 hours before the appointed time. It turned out that my pick up number is missing in their system. But the broker took care of it quickly and I was immediately given the door. A big minus, especially for those who are there for the first time, is that it is very difficult to get there with a 53' trailer and get back. I have never seen such a variety of old low bridges (13ʼ, 13ʼ4ʼʼ, 13ʼ6ʼʼ, 14ʼ) in my 8 years of experience. Unfortunately, there is no right turn warning when leaving the gate, and after 1.5 miles there is a low bridge 13ʼ2ʼʼ. Be careful!

I am at this place every other week. The guys are very friendly. They have a restrooms outside overnight parking. I know it’s really hard to get there but if you’re picking up the next morning, it’s better if you come during the night because during the day is very busy.

I come here every week. The good: employees are friendly enough and loading is done in a fairly timely manner most days. Some days faster than others but that's everywhere. The bad: super difficult to get in and out of, but that's Chicago not Batory. The one big negative, and reason for only giving 3 stars: the check in process. They make you stand outside in rain or snow, hot or cold, even though they are right inside the door and know you are out there waiting. No reason they can't let you in to wait soon as you ring the bell. It's unnecessary and disrespectful to the drivers.

Definitely best route is to come from the south off 47st and go north on Westeran Blvd. There is Westeran Ave and Western Blvd. Just 100-150 feet different, but makes big difference. They run parallel. You only go from the light at 43rd to 42nd on the right. MK Cabinets shares driveway with Batory Foods. Great mobile sidewalk taco stand when you pull in afternoon evenings. $3. Can park here like others have said.
