Could not believe how good Bea's Best Corned Beef is! Purchased on sale at Jewel, it was very easy to make (I simmered it, adding carrots and cabbage during the last 45 minutes of cooking). It was tender and delicious! I will definitely buy Bea's Best Corned Beef again!! Highly recommend.
